About Chef David
 Chef David Welch, is a south Miami native who
decided to pursue a career in the culinary arts
straight out of high school.  Focused and driven
David packed his bags and headed to Philadelphia
in order to get his culinary education. After studying
and working in Philadelphia for five years David
moved back home to Miami.  David has been
working in different hotels and restaurants in the
area for the past five years such as Loews Miami
Beach Hotel, Smith and Wollensky, Tantra and
Acqualina a Rosewood Resort  just to name a few.
David gained culinary knowledge and experience in
some of the most exclusive and upscale
establishments
in the area.  Most recently chef David works as a culinary
instructor at Le Cordon Bleu Academy, Miami.

After honing his craft in the most intense professional
kitchens in the area, chef David has decided to bring his
skill into your home kitchen to provide you with the finest
quality food and service.

Originally from St. Thomas US Virgin Islands,  
LaShernaPrevost came to  Miami Florida 8 years ago to
study food and beverage management at Johnson and
Wales University. Lasherna  obtained an Associate of
Science Degree in Culinary Arts along with a Bachelors of
Science Degree in Food Service Management, graduating
from the Johnson & Wales University in 2003.  I have
worked in some of Miami’s top hotels and restaurants in
both the kitchen and front of the house. Loews Miami
Beach, Conrad Hilton Miami, and The Hotel Victor to
name a few.

My most current experience is at the Doral Golf Resort
and Spa, as a banquet manager, coordinating
functions for groups such as Fed Ex, Frito Lay,The Miami
Dolphins and the World Golf Championship, with
experience handling groups in numbers from 50 people to
2000.
